Welcome to Revix MD (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website at www.revixmd.com or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of Services

Our medical billing and revenue cycle management services are intended for healthcare providers, practices, and organizations within the United States. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state healthcare regulations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to our services at any time without prior notice.

HIPAA Compliance & Data Privacy

Revix MD operates as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and maintains comprehensive administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect all Protected Health Information (PHI) and electronic PHI (ePHI). We execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all clients prior to accessing patient data. You are responsible for ensuring that any information or data you provide is accurate, authorized, and lawful for use in billing and revenue cycle processes. Medical Billing & Coding Disclaimer

Our certified billing and coding professionals use advanced technology and compliance checks to maximize claim acceptance and accelerate reimbursements. However, we cannot guarantee specific reimbursement amounts, payer approval rates, or claim processing timelines, as these are determined by third-party insurance companies, government payers, and other entities beyond our control. Clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with payer contracts, credentialing requirements, and accurate disclosure of clinical and patient information.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation, patient demographics, and insurance information necessary for billing and claims processing. Revix MD shall not be held liable for claim denials, delays, or underpayments resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by the client.

Fees & Payments

All service fees, payment terms, and billing schedules are outlined in your signed Service Agreement. Payments must be made in accordance with your agreement terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Late fees may apply as specified in your agreement.

Term & Termination

Either party may terminate services with thirty (30) days’ written notice, subject to the terms of your Service Agreement. Revix MD may terminate immediately in cases involving breach, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and proprietary methodologies — is the property of Revix MD and is protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revix MD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for claim denials, processing delays, or financial losses resulting from third-party payers, clearinghouses, or errors in client-submitted data. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revix MD, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any inaccuracy in data you provide.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration in Corona, California, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number to Revix MD, you consent to receive service-related updates, account notifications, billing reminders, and promotional communications. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Amendments

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
