PHI is handled exclusively under executed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and is never used for marketing or any purpose outside service delivery.

As a HIPAA Business Associate, Revix MD LLC maintains robust safeguards to protect PHI:

  • Physical: Secure facilities, controlled access to workstations and devices, secure disposal of media containing PHI.
  • Technical: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, audit logging, and continuous monitoring.

We execute BAAs with all clients and downstream vendors. In the event of a breach, we follow all notification requirements under 45 CFR Parts 164.400–414.
